The terms of payment are prompt after receipt of the invoice without deduction.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Cancellation conditions of the guesthouse
Please consider our cancellation terms:
We ask for your understanding that we can only accept your cancellation in written form
If you cancel or do not start your trip, we are entitled to charge the following fees: No cancellation fee up to 3 months before the start of the trip, 50% of the total amount up to the 28th day before the start of the trip, 70% from the 27th to the 8th day before the start of the trip, 80% from the 8th to the 1st day before the start of the trip.

The user has the right to cancel his contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which he or a third party named by him who is not the carrier takes possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email).

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you are absent from the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods.
